Beijing JiShi HuiTong Technology Co., Ltd. (JSHT or “the Company”) is a diversified joint-stock high-tech company held by JiShi Media Co., Ltd., with its registered address at Fengtai High-tech Park (Zhongguancun Fengtai Science Park), Beijing, and registered capital of CNY 152 million. Its main business includes: a) development, production and marketing of electronic and network products under optical network conditions (such as digital TV, network TV, smart home, smart city, system platform, access gateway and multimedia terminal); b) research, development and marketing of intelligent chips and system application software; c) provision of integration of related equipment system and application system; and d) overall system operation services and supporting operation services.
