张东升，男，生于1972年10月, 毕业于天津大学电子与通信专业，工程硕士学位，教授级高工。主要从事电视、调频、高能功率源等方面的设备研制与开发工作；参与多项DTMB（数字地面多媒体广播）、CMMB（中国移动多媒体广播）、CDR（Convergent Digital Radio）调频频段数字音频广播，CSNS中国散裂中子源高能功率源，数字电视国际化及产业化等工程项目的研制工作。
参与的DTMB系统国际化和产业化的关键技术及应用项目获国家科技进步一等奖；数字地面多媒体广播（DTMB）系统产业化和国际化项目获得电控集团科技创新二等奖；数字电视发射机项目获得中国广电工业协会科技创新优秀奖。
Dongsheng Zhang, male, was born in October 1972, who was Graduated from Tianjin University, achieved master of Engineering in electronics and communication, professorate senior engineer. He is mainly engaged in the research and development of TV, FM, high-energy power source and other equipment; and has participated in the research and development of DTMB (China Digital Terrestrial Television Broadcast), CMMB( China Mobile Multimedia Broadcast), CDR (Convergent Digital Radio)  FM band digital audio broadcasting, CSNS (China spallation neutron source)power source, digital TV internationalization and industrialization projects . 
The participating projects as the Key technology and application of DTMB system internationalization and industrialization project have won the first level prize of national science and technology progress award； Digital Terrestrial Multimedia Broadcasting (DTMB) system industrialization and internationalization project has won the second level prize of science and technology innovation award of BEHC (Beijing   Electronics Holding Co., Ltd.); and the Digital TV transmitter has won the science and technology innovation excellence award of China radio and Television Industry Association,.
