孔彬，就职于国家广播电视总局广播电视规划院，博士、高级工程师。现任亚太广播联盟（ABU）技术委员会副主席。曾就读于西安交通大学管理学院，获管理学硕士学位；就读于中国人民大学新闻学院，并获文学博士学位。十余年来，主要从事广电科技信息与视听新媒体研究与应用工作。主持并参与了数十项国家、省部级及相关科技、社科、市场、产业、信息等领域的项目研究，荣获十余项总局科技创新奖、中国新闻技联奖、中国电影电视技术学会奖等。发表专著1部、专业文章50余篇。
Kong bin is a doctor and senior engineer in Academy of Broadcasting Planning,NRTA-China. He is currently the Vice-chairman of Technical Committee of Asia-Pacific Broadcasting Union (ABU) . He studied in School of Management, Xi 'an Jiaotong University and obtained master's degree in management. Also, he studied at the School of Journalism and Communication, Renmin University of China and received his doctor's degree in literature. For more than fifteen years, he mainly engaged in broadcasting technology information and audio-visual new media research&application. He has presided over and participated in dozens of national, provincial and ministerial-level research projects in the fields of science and technology, social science, marketing, industry and information, etc. He has won more than 10 sci-tech innovation awards of NRTA-China of Science and Technology, China Federation of Journalism and Technology Awards, and China Film and Television Technology Association Awards. He has published one book and more than 50 professional articles.
